iPhone SE 3 from Apple
Apple is expected to hold its Spring 2022 event in March of this year, during which it is expected to launch the iPhone SE 3 and other devices. This will be the iPhone SE 2020’s successor, which is the company’s most affordable and compact iPhone. The next-generation iPhone SE is not expected to receive a design refresh, as it is expected to retain the design seen on the iPhone 8 and the iPhone SE 2020 model.
According to reports, the device will retain a physical home button with Touch ID as well as a 4.7-inch LCD display. While those who dislike large displays will be fine with a compact screen, this may be a little disappointing for some people, as phones nowadays have at least a 6.2-inch or 6.5-inch screen. If Apple intends to offer an old-school design, the device will have thick bezels on the top and bottom.
The good news is that the iPhone SE 3 is expected to include Apple’s latest 5nm A15 Bionic processor, which will also power the iPhone 13 series, which will be released at the end of 2021. According to leaks, it will also support 5G and may come with 3GB of RAM. It’s unclear whether the brand will offer 128GB of storage as the base model, as Apple did with the iPhone 13 series.
According to rumors, the device will still have a 12-megapixel camera on the back. It will include an external X60M 5G baseband chip for improved photography. Its predecessor did have a single sensor at the back, but it was capable of producing good images. The rest of the information is still unknown.
In terms of pricing, the iPhone SE 2020 was introduced in India for THB 18000. While the new version is expected to be priced similarly, the rumor mill suggests that the iPhone SE 3 will cost around THB 1000 in Thailand. The iPhone SE 2020 is currently available for THB 12500. It’s worth noting that Apple hasn’t confirmed the existence of the iPhone SE 3.
